1. If "Bond Waiver" or "Accidental Damage Cover" are part of your booking, do not submit this form as they are not refundable.
2. Your Bond refund may take up to 14 days to process. It's important to note that the bond release process cannot commence until 7 days after you have checked out to allow for proper inspection by the accommodation manager. After that, you should anticipate an additional 7 business days for the process to be completed, including all necessary administrative steps, authorization, and bank transfer.
3. Make sure to enter accurate bank account details as we cannot make additional payments if the details provided are incorrect.
4. For each individual guest, a separate form must be filled out and the account information must be in the name of that specific guest.
