The information and pricing provided are for a Leavers accommodation package; any events, activities, and transport must be purchased separately.

Refundable Security Bond

To cover potential damages, extra cleaning, and park incidentals, a $100 per person charge applies to all bookings. This consists of a $50 refundable bond and a $50 compulsory incidentals levy that covers a daily breakfast BBQ and 24hr security oversight. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in cancellation of your booking in accordance with our terms and conditions. The $50 bond will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required. Guests remain responsible for any costs that exceed the bond amount. The $50 incidentals levy is non-refundable.
