Overview

A beach shack a few hundred steps to the beach and opposite a small park, this quaint beach cottage is ideal for a fun oceanside Leavers holiday. It is in one of the best locations in West Busselton.

There is a large kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and basic crockery and cutlery.

There is a lounge with two large couches, TV and the front door entry, again facing the front of the property and park.

There are two ample sized bedrooms – you have to go through one to enter the second room. Bedroom one has a queen and bunk bed, then you enter into another room with Double bed and bunk bed. This rooms faces the front of the property.

A second toilet, store room and inside/outside hot and cold shower is ideal for after the beach.

It’s BYO Linen and Towels.

The dates for leavers are determined by the Year 12 ATAR written examination schedules. The proposed dates may change depending on the examination periods.

Transport

This Leavers accommodation is not directly located on the Leavers bus route. However, when you book your stay through Sure Thing Travel, you have the option to add a Private Transport Package (subject to availability and additional costs). Refundable Security Bond

To cover potential damages or extra cleaning, we require a $200 refundable bond per person. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking under our terms and conditions. After your stay, if there are no damages or extra cleaning required, the bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the bond amount.
