The three well-appointed bedrooms offer an awesome Leavers experience. Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds and the third room offers a tri-bunk with double and a single bed, ensuring everyone has a cosy place to rest. The entire living space is tastefully adorned with an enchanting mix of modern and rustic charm.

There is a cosy lounge with a big-screen television for your entertainment, as well as complimentary WiFi. It’s perfect for those days where you just feel like sprawling on the couch and catching up on episodes of your favourite series.

The inviting dining room and fully-equipped kitchen make at-home-dining a breeze. An outdoor patio with tasteful furniture, overlooking the garden area, is the perfect set up for late afternoon barbecues, courtesy of the available gas BBQ.

The shimmering beaches are just around the corner, as are a slew of shops and restaurants offering mouthwatering local fare. The property also comes with two car parking spaces and is a ground-floor rental, offering ease of access.

The dates for leavers are determined by the Year 12 ATAR written examination schedules. The proposed dates may change depending on the examination periods.

Transport

This Leavers accommodation is not directly located on the Leavers bus route. However, when you book your stay through Sure Thing Travel, you have the option to add a Private Transport Package (subject to availability and additional costs). Refundable Security Bond

To cover potential damages or extra cleaning, we require a $200 refundable bond per person. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking under our terms and conditions. After your stay, if there are no damages or extra cleaning required, the bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the bond amount.
