Welcome to our Coastal Haven in Port Geographe, Busselton! Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample living spaces with air-conditioning throughout.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and private ensuite with a shower and toilet for added convenience. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature cozy queen beds, while bedroom 4 offers a fun tri-bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. A family bathroom with a bath and shower ensures everyone has ample space to freshen up.

Inside, you’ll find two separate living areas to relax and unwind. The first living room as you enter the home features large, comfortable modular lounges. The open-plan kitchen and dining area overlook the second living space and games room, complete with a pool table for hours of entertainment, and for those cooler nights a log burner

Step outside to discover your own private oasis. An expansive undercover area offers outdoor dining and lounging options, ideal for enjoying meals alfresco or soaking up the sun. Fire up the gas BBQ for a delicious cookout or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars.

Convenient amenities include a triple garage. The beach and Port Geographe marina are within walking distance or just a minutes’ drive ,along with the Bayside shops and restaurants.

The dates for leavers are determined by the Year 12 ATAR written examination schedules. The proposed dates may change depending on the examination periods.

Transport

This Leavers accommodation is not directly located on the Leavers bus route. However, when you book your stay through Sure Thing Travel, you have the option to add a Private Transport Package (subject to availability and additional costs). Refundable Security Bond

To cover potential damages or extra cleaning, we require a $200 refundable bond per person. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking under our terms and conditions. After your stay, if there are no damages or extra cleaning required, the bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the bond amount.
