This complex is located smack bang in the middle of Margaret River, only a block away from the main street with cafes, shops and bars with the forest and river at the end of the street. The closest beach is 10 min drive. This Leaver home is perfect for those who want to explore and not worry about driving as everything is just a short stroll away!

Secure 2 car fully enclosed garage. Other parking is available on the street.
Fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine, if you don’t feel like going out for a coffee! Washing machine and dryer also available.

Sleeping arrangements- All bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles that also can join together if required.

The dates for leavers are determined by the Year 12 ATAR written examination schedules. The proposed dates may change depending on the examination periods.

Transport

This property is not located on the complementary Leavers bus route. However, if your accommodation booking is made through Sure Thing Travel, you have the option to purchase a Private Transport package. This includes return trips to the Leavers Zone each night and Meelup Beach Day. Please send us a message for more information.
