Leavers Dates:
The dates for leavers are determined by the Year 12 ATAR written examination schedules. The proposed dates may change depending on the examination periods.

Transport:

This property is in close proximity to the Leavers bus route, though a short walk may be required. Please ensure that this property meets your individual requirements before making a booking.

Refundable Security Bond:

To cover potential damages or extra cleaning, we require a $200 refundable bond per person. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking under our terms and conditions. After your stay, if there are no damages or extra cleaning required, the bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the bond amount.
