Set on a large block in a quiet no-through road, the home offers a peaceful coastal escape while keeping you within easy walking distance of everything Rye has to offer.

Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this spacious holiday home features no internal stairs and all single beds (no bunks), making it ideal for Schoolies who prefer flexible and accessible sleeping arrangements. The open-plan living and theatre area provides plenty of space to relax together, with large flat-screen TVs and a quality sound system for movie nights or downtime after a day of exploring.

Step outside to enjoy outdoor entertaining at its best, with a sun-drenched deck, 4-burner BBQ, multiple outdoor settings, and a luxurious ozone spa seating 8 guests.

Refundable Security Bond

To cover potential damages or extra cleaning, we require a $200 refundable bond per person. Payment is due 75 days prior to your arrival, and late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking under our terms and conditions. After your stay, if there are no damages or extra cleaning required, the bond will be refunded in full within 14 days of check-out. Guests are responsible for any costs exceeding the bond amount.
