Your Bond request has been received. Once the hotel manager has approved the release of the bond we will be able to start the process of getting it to you.

Keep in mind that the bond process cannot start until 7 days after you check out, to allow for full inspection and release of the bond by the hotel manager. From that point onwards, allow a Further 7 working days for this process to be finalised (including administration, authorisation and bank transfer time).
