This Leavers house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the family friendly suburb of Broadwater not far from the famous Broadwater Leavers beach strip.

The property has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, living, dining area with a fully stock self-contained kitchen.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and private seating area as well as a walk in wardrobe.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both large rooms, each with a queen bed and single bed in each.

In the family bathroom is a separate bath and shower, with the toilet located off the laundry which has a washer for guest use.

The property benefits from a separate living/theatre room – plenty of room room for families and friends to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

Outside is a fully enclosed yard, with an undercover paved patio area as well as grass and a fish filleting sink/bench and an outside shower to wash off after the beach.
